Apart from the cutting and just-in-time delivery service which our customers expect, MI-King s.r.o. has embraced the concept of Integrated Supply Management. All aspects of our operation are geared towards helping our suppliers and customers to achieve the most efficient flow of product and information, contributing to lean manufacturing, and helping our partners to minimise stock cost and maximise cashflow. Previous projects include co-ordination of IT systems to allow automated transfer of information along the supply chain, shared logistics services to ensure full utilisation of delivery capacity, benchmarking exercises and KAIZEN activities.
